Hello – I’m mum to two young adults (one of whom also works in Early Years!). I’ve worked within the Early Years sector since 2002, in a variety roles, for example Registered Childminder, Nursery Manager, Early Years Improvement Officer (ESCC), Childcare Trainer and Assessor and Community Development Worker. Although my job roles, interests and ambitions have evolved over time, the main reason for working in this field has remained the same. I believe every child matters and every child should be given the opportunity to reach their full potential.
I love learning myself and keep myself updated in lots of different ways with short courses, reading,
e learning etc. I have a Masters degree in Early Years and am also an Early Years Teacher. My absolute passion is getting children away from screens and outside. I’m a qualified Forest School & Wild Beach School Leader.
My role at Beans is varied, which I love - I could be delivering forest school sessions to our nursery children one day, writing funding bids to expand our offer to the community another day. Covering in nursery or running our new HAF holiday club for older children in the school holidays.

I have been working in the childcare sector since 2001 where I started as a pre-school visitor for East Sussex.
I achieved a B.A. in Professional Learning and development in Childcare in 2015. I am also trained in First Aid, Child Protection and SENCO. I work with external agencies to ensure the best welfare for the children at Jumping Beans.
I have two wonderful grown up children.

I have four boys and I enjoy spending time with them creating lovely memories.
My childcare career started in 2002. I have gained many qualifications including BTEC National Diploma, First Aid and Child Protection.
Throughout the pandemic I achieved a qualification in autism, Senco and also mental health in young children.

I have a Cache level 3 qualification and I am First Aid trained.
With my spare time I like to spend it with my family and go shopping.

I have worked in the childcare sector since 2010. I have a Cache Diploma level 3 in Childcare. and I am First Aid trained. I am currently studying to gain my Early Years Lead Practitioner qualification.
I have three children who have all attended a local charity run pre-school.
With my spare time I enjoy spending it with my family and having fun days out.

I qualified in 2009 with a level 3 Cache Diploma in Childcare and Education. I am First Aid trained. Since then I have been working with children in several nurseries.
I enjoy helping children thrive and develop their own personalities.
I have a daughter and we enjoy messy art and craft activities and family days out.

I am a mum to two children. I found my vocation working in childcare in 2023 . My youngest child attended Jumping Beans.
I am currently studying towards a level 3 childcare qualification and i am 1st aid trained

Hi, I am a mum to twin boys and have four step children. I have worked in childcare since 2003. I have worked in different environments these include a school, sports centre, a nanny and nurseries. During this time, I have completed my NVQ 3 in Childcare. I am First Aid trained
During lockdown 2020 I completed a course on autism which I found very interesting.
In my spare time I love spending time with my family and going on holiday

Since leaving college in 2012, where I gained my Level 2 Childcare Diploma. Since working in childcare. I gained a Cache level 3 Diploma in 2018
I am First Aid trained and have completed many online courses to keep myself updated with changes in childcare.
In my spare time I like to have days out with my family.

I have gained several qualifications. These include a level 3 Childcare Diploma, First Aid, Senco, Speech and Language Eklan Level 3 and numerous other online courses.
In my spare time I enjoy activities with my family and trips to Disneyland. I always find time for socialising with my family and friends.

I am First Aid trained and have a NNEB level 3. I regularly update my training and have completed an Autism Awareness course.
